Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Private Chefs Canada To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy for our private chef services: Cancellations 48 Hours or More in Advance: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee. Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, you will be charged 50% of the booking fee. This fee accounts for the costs incurred in purchasing food and preparing for your event. No-Shows: If you fail to cancel and do not attend the scheduled service, the full booking fee will be charged. To cancel your booking, please contact us directly via email or phone as soon as possible.
