Refund Policy for Private Chefs Canada

At Private Chefs Canada, we strive to provide exceptional culinary experiences. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our clients with a flexible refund and rescheduling policy.

Rescheduling

  • Anytime Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking at any time, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange a new date and time for your private chef experience.

Cancellations

  • Full Refund: A full refund will be granted for cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled booking time.

  • 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining 50% of the booking cost will be refunded.
